“Ernest Anyway” is a finger picking, acoustic playing, foot stomping, emotionally driven artist. The honesty and rawness in his carefully tongued lyrics are full of expression and introspections on what it is to be human.
 

A singer/ songwriter known for a large catalog of hard to categorize heart felt originals and a sizable barely recognizable unique covers. Recently migrated east from British Columbia, Canada to Quebec , also Cananda in search of the finest fries, cheeses, and gravies. Born in the north (Prince George), swayed to the south(Vancouver area), exiled on the island(Vancouver Island), and settled in the middle(okanagan)and now calling the eastern townships of the belle province “ou j’accroche Mon chapeau”.. A multi-instrumentalist favoring, guitars,vocals,percussion,guitalele,banjo,uke, and then anything else around that makes a sound. All music genre lovin, blending , and bending . Influenced by it all, if I felt it and dealt with  it , I’m gonna try and melt it. So depending on what “Ernest anyway” song you hear , a label is just a word, I ain’t trying to get hired , just trying to get heard. Two time finalist in the Okanagan Singer\Songwriter Competition, one time winner with Soulstice Creation. Other musical endeavors include percussion for Uncle Brad.
